Maybe she figured them being different fandoms would let her get away with it? Who from the Scrubs fandom would be reading HEROES slash, right? The answer of course being, duh, lots of people, as lots of people are into more than one fandom. >.<

JEEZ. You must always double check these things. I read this thief's version before I made any comment. And since 'Last Night I Didn't Sleep' is one of my favorite Cox/JD I had no problem yelling at my computer screen calling this THIEF every name in the book.

That's pretty much what we thought, yeah. We reported her to stop_plagarism and hopefully the case is cut and dried enough to get her blacklisted there. Not a lot else we can do, since we already have told everyone what happened.

I'm glad, too. Amused, that the person who brought it to our attention had come over to yell at us for stealing, since she'd misread the dates, but glad.

At least it should make it harder for her to do it again, if everyone's on the lookout when she posts, now.

That's really terrible, and reflects badly on fanfic writers in general. I guess I can't say anything that hasn't been said before (railing on your behalf, etc.), except that I think you guys are handling this with a great deal of aplomb which I think is admirable.

Since I've never actually commented on your lj before, I should perhaps introduce myself. I am a long-time lurker and fan of your fics (see how I did that -- FAN of your FICS, fan-fics...ha!). LOVE them, seriously.

Anyway, I'm just offering my support, sympathy, and indignant anger, for what it's worth.
