As far as the visions go...JD just strikes me as the type person who might have that sort of dreamy flash-back or flash-forward, even. ^_^ I don't think I ever questioned *why* JD was having the flash-backs...
How *are* the visions happening...meh, I don't question that, honestly... the idea in my head was that "they just happened", IMHO.
