Very sweet, JD-centric chapter! I adore how you had him going back and forth between a personal role and a professional role.
I second ScathingSarcasm's question: What would you want to change into if you were going to Change?
Also, nice job on the research. It was just enough to make it sound official but not go over the readers' heads.
