I like this story. Missed, somehow, the first time I read it, that there was any sex going on, but that's just me reading too fast. It was interesting, though, how JD's orgasm read seamlessly as JD breaking down and crying.

Anyway. I love how this is third person but very much in JD's voice. Love how Dr. Cox takes care of him. Just lovely. Is it canon, the loss of the patient? I'm only five episodes into the first season, so ... yeah.
