Aww, this was awesome. I'm very new to Scrubs the show and Scrubs fanfic but I thought you did an amazing job of real angst and having the characters still be themselves but at the same time believably different. JD was still JD but more serious and Cox was...well, you could see why he was the way he was and see why he felt he could act differently under these circumstances. His personality and actions made sense and really worked. And the story was sweet and smart and hot and warm and fuzzy without being sappy. Just right :)
